Yes. Requesting a quote is free and you're under no obligation to book.
We charge by the hour, with a 2-hour minimum. After the first 2 hours, time is billed in 15-minute increments, so you only pay for the time we work.
It covers the crew's travel from our base to your location and back. It's paid when you book and is separate from the hourly rate. For example, at $100/hour, a 2-hour job is $200, plus the trip fee you already paid.
